Instructions and cancellation policy for golf
Ticket effectiveness:
- The ticket is valid only on the date and time of booking, and the booking will be automatically canceled if you are late for the specified time without refund.
- You must be at the first stitch site 15 minutes before the flight time.
- The flight may be delayed and the waiting time may reach more than an hour due to the density of beneficiaries during the seasons.
Refund policy and cancellation of executive bookings
If the reservation is refundable, the refund will be made in accordance with the service policy and processing fees, if any.
Cancellation charges may apply for bookings cancelled shortly before the service date.
1. Non-attendance (no Show)
- In the event that the customer does not show up at the specified time and place without prior notice, the service is considered executed and no refund is entitled to be claimed.
2. Reservation modification
- You can request to adjust the flight date, reception location or booking details, depending on availability, 8 hours in advance .
3. Refund period
- Accepted refund requests are processed within a reasonable working period.
- The process of the appearance of the amount in the client's account may take from 7 to 21 working days, depending on the bank or the payment method used.
4. Exceptional cases
- In the event that the service cannot be performed due to operational circumstances or reasons beyond the customer's control, the customer will be coordinated to provide a suitable alternative or refund the amount due in accordance with the applicable regulations.
5. Communication
- To inquire about cancellation or refund, you can contact customer service with the reservation number and customer contact details.
Note: the completion of the reservation is considered an agreement to all the terms and conditions and cancellation and refund policies of the Executive Service.
Refund and cancellation policy for hotel reservations

- Note that Ramadan bookings are not subject to modification or cancellation completely
